Services

Our rates include: utilities (electricity and gas), broker fee and tax.

- Our apartments are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service before arrival of the customer.
- Always include an equipped kitchen and are bath and bed complete with linens and towels.
- Additional free services included (when indicated in the description of the apartment) is a color television, telephone and cable to mention a few. A precise list of what is included in each apartment, is found in the description given on the webpage for each specific apartment.
- A small guide of the neighbourhood of your rental apartment, a metro plan and useful information of the moment will be given to you.

Pick up of keys: You can pick up your keys at "Roots Travel"' agency located at 85, rue de la Verrerie 75004 Paris (metro: Hotel de Ville) from Monday to Saturday. See also our airport / rail station service below. It combines both a transfer to your rental apartment and delivery of the keys to you.
Opening hours of the agency:
From Monday to Friday: 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 7 pm (Monday closes at 6 pm)
Saturday: 11 am - 1pm and 2am - 7pm

AIRPORT or RAIL STATION TAXI SERVICE
To reserve a taxi to be waiting for you at the airport or rail station with the keys of your rental apartment and to take you to your apartment: 70 euro one way from the airport / 44 euro one way from the rail station.

Optional Extra Cleaning service / one time (2 hours) per week: 40 euro.

- Apartments are offered on a first come first served basis.
